- DStv and Netflix have been specifically configured to work on this device. We recommend that you DO NOT upgrade these apps via the Google Play Store, as this may cause the apps to stop working. Rest assured that these apps will work just the way they are, and you will be able to enjoy all your favourite movies, series and live content.

1. How to scroll in Netflix with the keyboard remote:

2. How to log in to the DStv App:
i. On your TV box, open the DStv app, you should see a code
ii. On your computer, go to the following website and log in to your DStv account now.dstv.com
iii. Then still on your computer, go to the following website and enter the code that you see on your TV box: now.dstv.com/tv
iv. Once you click submit on your computer, your DStv account should become active on your TV box.
(You may use a mobile phone instead of a computer in the instructions above.)

3. What to do if you encounter a Showmax internet connection error:
Caused by having too many devices connected to your Showmax account.
i. Go to www.showmax.com and log in
ii. In the top right corner, hover over your username and click on “My Account”
iii. Go to “My Devices” and remove devices that you are no longer using, make sure you do not have more than 5 devices connected to your account
