The Sabbat E12 Ultra immerses you in a surreal audio experience with all the features you would expect of class-leading True Wireless Earphones. The E12 Ultra is ergonomically designed to fit snugly into your ears and not fall out. However, you are unique, and you have your own preferences. We know that ultimate comfort is extremely important when choosing earphones for daily use. Together with your earphones, you will receive 6 additional pairs of ear tips of varying sizes. This allows you to specifically tailor your own fit and acoustics based on your own ears, ensuring that you get a sound and a fit that is as unique as you are.

Qi Wireless Charging Support allows you to simply pop your charging case onto your wireless charger when you get home from your workout, and your earphones will quickly be fully charged for your next adventure. Bluetooth 5.0 (AptX & AAC) ensures maximum compatibility with most devices.

With 6+ hours of battery life, the Sabbat E12 Ultra will keep you dancing longer than most of the competition. When they eventually run out, simply pop them back into their charger case and recharge them up to 4 more times.

Wireless Earphones are only Truly Wireless when you have the freedom to explore nature or push harder at the gym without the fear of sweat or water damaging your Earphones. The Sabbat E12 Ultra is IPX5 water-resistant, giving you the freedom to dance to your own beat, wherever you are.

The Sabbat E12 Ultra uses soft-touch mechanical buttons for track navigation and volume control. This prevents you from stabbing yourself in the ear every time you skip tracks and prevents accidental button activation during exercise or rain, a problem commonly faced by earphones using a capacitive touch design.

How to Connect:
1) Remove both Buds from Case and insert comfortably into your ears. You should hear “Power On” in both ears.
2) When both Buds are coupled to each other, you should hear a Lo-Hi tone in both ears.
3) The Buds will automatically connect to a paired device or automatically enter “Pairing” mode if no previously paired device is found. You will hear “Pairing” from the Main Bud which will also flash Red/White.
4) You may return either Bud to the charging case during use and continue listening to the other. If you return the Main Bud to the case, the second Bud will be reassigned as the main bud and reconnect to the phone. This can take up to 5 seconds.

Button Controls:
Single Press (either side): Play/Pause
Double-Press (L/R): Previous/Next 
Triple-Press (L/R): Volume Down/Up
Hold 2 Sec until Beep (either side): Siri / Google Assistant
Hold 3 Sec (either side): Power on/off

Troubleshooting:
Q: One or both Buds isn’t charging correctly.
A: Check that the Buds’ charging contacts are making good contact with the charging case.

Q: One or both Buds is distorting.
A: The E12 Ultra is manufactured to very precise tolerances and may need to be ‘Run In’. Please continue to use the Buds at medium to low volume whilst the speaker drivers learn to flex properly and freely. It will be worth the wait!

Q: My Buds Don’t couple to each other and one of my buds has a continuous flashing white LED.
A: One of your Buds is looking for the other and can’t find it. Try the Factory Reset Procedure. 

Factory Reset:
1) Unpair “Sabbat E12 Ultra” from your device.
2) Remove the Buds from the charging case and place them comfortably in your ears. Ensure that both Buds are Powered on.
3) Hold down the function key on both Buds. You should hear the following audio prompts:
Single Beep (White LED Flash)
“Power Off” (Red LED Flash)
Single Beep (White LED Flash)
4) After the second Beep, immediately release the function keys.  You should hear “Power On”. Both Buds’ LEDs should flash white. Please wait while the Buds couple to each other.
5) Once successfully coupled, whichever bud is the Main Bud will automatically enter Pairing Mode. (Red/White LED Flash)
6) Pair with your Device as normal.
