Directions for Use:
Add a generous amount (approximately 2 handfuls), to warm, running bath water, for a wonderfully soothing and relaxing bath. Alternatively add to a bowl for a soothing foot soak. Soak for at least 20 minutes to give the Magnesium Flakes a chance to soften the skin and to be absorbed.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally. Do not use on broken skin. Keep in a cool dry place as over time salt can attract moisture. Avoid contact with eyes.
