The Daily Sale Shop sells only brand new appliances with full manufacturer's warranties - not factory seconds.

All the appliances we stock come with a standard warranty (usually 2 years, depending on the manufacturer).

How Does Warranty Work?

In the event that a product you purchased develops a fault these are the steps you need to follow

1. Contact us immediately:  You can contact our Returns Office via app on +263 777 010 743. Please be prepared with a picture of the product fault and a brief description of the fault

2. Return it to our center or We will send a Service Team: You should be ready to return the product to our returns office which is located at 274 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare or our at our Byo offices. The product fault will then be logged in with the manufacturer. It is important to note that all warranties are redeemed by the manufacturer. The Daily Sale Shop will act as a go between by logging in the fault, accepting the returned product and then sending it to the manufacturer on your behalf.

In some cases the manufacturer will send someone to your address to look at at the product and perhaps repair it from your home. This doesn't apply to all manufacturers. When you contact us we will advise whether it applies to the particular product you would have purchased.

3. Manufacturer will do an assessment and either replace of repair:

Once we have received the product we will send it to the manufacturer. They will need to assess the fault and if the fault was due to a device/unit failure they will either replace or repair. In most instances they will opt to repair the product as manufacturers have service centers.

Please note: If the device failure is due to product damage by the client the warranty does not apply. Examples including a cracked TV or Phone Screen. In this case the manufacturer will provide a quote for the repair of the unit.
