Scanpan - Maitre D Cutting Board - 49.5 x 30cm
The wooden boards are developed with the designed Jacob Leth Espensen. The wooden board range is crafted in American White Oak and the beautiful boards are designed for both cooking food and serving. Carving boards have inclining groove going from 6mm depth in one end to 8mm depth with a reservoir for better control of the juice flow.

- Maintain regularly by applying paraffin oil (or similar) on both sides
- Wipe off excess oil and let the board dry for 24 hours before next use
