Description:
Forte is a single origin coffee, carefully crafted and artisan roasted, using 100% pure Arabica coffee beans sourced from Brazil.
The result is a dark and strong coffee that is superbly smooth and silky with flavors of cocoa, nuts and caramel.

Brewing the Perfect Cup!
This coffee is recommended for all coffee brewing techniques.
For e.g. filter, drip, plunger & percolator brewed coffee, use one heaped tablespoon (about 12g) of ground coffee per cup (250ml) of recently boiled water. For stronger coffee increase this dosage slightly (up to 15g). For weaker coffee reduce this dosage slightly (down to 10g).
Ideal brewing time is 3 to 4 minutes depending on the preparation method. Coffee is best served fresh, so preferably do not reheat.

Storage:
This coffee is packaged in a heat-sealed foil bag with a one-way release valve (allowing CO2 to escape and preventing oxygen ingress).
All our coffees contain a batch number on its packaging that reflects the Manufacturing / Roasting date as well as a Best Before date.
Once opened, reseal your bag and keep it in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
